Submission FAQ
Everything worth knowing before you pitch a track for a DJ KTWO playlist.
Submit your track →FAQ
How do I submit my music?
Go to the submission page, paste your Spotify track link, choose the playlist that fits your sound, and add your email. That's the whole process — it takes about a minute.
Is it free?
Yes, completely. There's no fee to submit and no paid placement of any kind. Tracks are added on merit, never because someone paid.
Do you accept AI-generated music?
Yes. AI-made tracks are judged by the same standard as everything else — how they sound and whether they fit the playlist. See the AI musicians page for detail.
Will my track definitely be added?
No. Every track gets a real listen, but placement isn't guaranteed. A track only goes on a playlist if it genuinely fits that list's mood, tempo and flow.
How long until I hear back?
You'll only hear from DJ KTWO if your track is added — and that comes as a single email. There's no rejection email, so no news isn't a hard 'never', it just means it wasn't the right fit right now. You're welcome to submit new releases later.
Do I have to follow the playlist?
No, and it doesn't affect whether you're picked. But following is worth it: it's how you'll notice if your track is added, and how you keep up when the playlist is refreshed.
What happens if I'm added?
You get one email letting you know which playlist your track is on, with a link to open and follow it — and a nudge to share it with your fans. That's the only email you'll ever receive; your address is never added to a list or shared.
What kind of link do you need?
A Spotify track link (open.spotify.com/track/…). Open your song in Spotify, tap Share, then Copy link. Album links and shortened spotify.link links won't work.
Can I submit more than one track?
Yes, but aim each one. A single track pitched to the playlist it truly fits does far better than the same track sprayed across every list.
